I. Enterprise Profile

Yantai Baoyuan Purification Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise and a key high-tech enterprise of the National Torch Plan. Founded in 1980, it is one of the largest air filter manufacturers in China. Products are widely used in hospitals, pharmaceutical factories, biological laboratories, CDC, prevention and control centers, industrial clean workshop, etc. The chairman of the company, Yu Zeyou, was awarded the "the People's Republic of China 70th Anniversary Medal issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the State Council and the Central Military Commission".

When the motherland needs, treasure source purification has been in! During SARS in 2003, various air filters and chemical filters were urgently supplied to Beijing (such as Xiaotangshan Hospital and the Central General Office). When there was a suspected plague in Inner Mongolia in 2019, Baoyuan was also in front of the charge. It took one and a half days to complete the urgent need for supplies in the Mongolian Medical Hospital of Xilin Gol League, which was praised by customers.

In 2020, the new crown pneumonia outbreak, Baoyuan company is also in the front. On the morning of January 28, the high-efficiency air filter (filtration efficiency as high as 99.996) urgently needed by Wuhan Huoshenshan Hospital was sent to Wuhan. On February 1, all of them were installed in ICU, operating room and negative pressure ward, providing guarantee for the scheduled delivery and use of Huoshenshan Hospital.

2. Project Introduction

The novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) has a particle diameter of 60 to 140 nanometers and can be transmitted through direct transmission, aerosol transmission and contact. The medical ultra-low resistance return air device can cut off the aerosol transmission route, eliminate cross-infection, and provide protection for improving the medical environment.

The medical ultra-low resistance return air purification device mainly adopts low resistance, high efficiency sterilization and antiviral filter materials, which can kill 99% of target viruses and bacteria. The developed ultra-low resistance and high efficiency air filter has a disposable filtering efficiency of more than 90%, a filtering efficiency of more than 85% for 0.5 micron particles, and can reduce the energy consumption of the system by more than 35%, meeting the requirements of standards and specifications for ultra-low resistance and high filtering efficiency.
