We use sodium flame desk to detect every high efficiency filter with clapboard before their delivery. Detection Device for General Ventilation Filters The test desk for general ventilation filters is manufactured according to the European standards EUROVENT4/9-93. It generates test-used aerosol via Laskin muzzle and adopts laser particle counter to make a sampling with the upstream and downstream of the detected filter, thus getting the total efficiency of the filter. We use this equipment to make a sampling detection for general utilization-used filters according to GB/T 2828-2003 The Procedure of Sampling Inspection by Counting; high efficiency filters are inspected by the detection device MPPS test desk.
Testing Equipment for High Efficiency Filter—MPPS Testboard This equipment is an imported one and adopts the prevailing test procedure, i.e. scan counting method for high efficiency filters. The dust source for the inspection is poly-dispersed phase liquid drop produced by Laskin muzzle. Laser particle counter with good flow is used to scan the entire air-out surface of the filter and the counter will show the number of dusts and particle diameter.
This method can not only measure the average efficiency of a filter, but also compare the local efficiency of points. We use this equipment to inspect non-clapboard high efficiency filters of different specifications and models before their delivery.
