Yantai Baoyuan Purification Co., Ltd. specializes in manufacturing air filters. It is developed from Yantai Purification Equipment Plant, which moved its address and was renamed as the current one in 2000. Located in the New & High-tech Industry Development Zone of Yantai, it has registered capital of 20 million yuan, land area of 76,000 square meters and building area of 35,000 square meters.
Its headquarters in Yantai has 195 employees, including country-level experts, doctors, experienced engineers and young technical professionals. Baoyuan was chosen as National Key Hi-tech Enterprise in 2006 and 2007 respectively. Its one scientific research project won the National Prize for Progress in Science and Technology, and two won the Provincial Prize for Progress in Science and Technology, and three products have been listed in the category of Country-level New Products.

History:
1980: Sideline business of the farmers of Qianqikuang Village, Dongjiao, Yantai.
1984: Established the village-run enterprise Yantai Global Dust Filtration Material Factory.
1989: The factory was renamed as Yantai Purification Equipment Plant.
1995: Implemented the shareholding reform.
2000: The factory was renamed as Yantai Baoyuan Purification Co., Ltd.
2003: Established Shenzhen Baoyuan Purification Co., Ltd. and Xi'an Baoyuan Purification Co., Ltd.
